Use the tongue cleaner first by putting a small amount of toothpaste on the tongue cleaner and scraping your tongue gently 6 to 8 times from as far back as possible right to the tip of your tongue.

Using the starter kit

Gently scrape your tongue with the tongue scraper, reaching as far back as possible.
