Shipping, returns and payments

Shipping

All orders are shipped by Courier or SA Post Office Speed Services counter to counter service with tracking numbers. Once parcels have been shipped, tracking numbers are emailed to customers and Websense Internet Solutions does not accept any liability for non-delivery.

Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance.

Once orders have been shipped we will not be held responsible for loss or damage of your purchase.

International Shipping within Africa is available upon request.

Payment must reflect on our FNB banking account before any orders are shipped.

Returns

Due to the nature of the product, no refunds will be entertained if the hygienic seals have been removed.

Products returned in their original sealed packaging will be refunded in full less any shipping charges, bank charges and packaging costs.

Payments

We accept payments by direct deposit or EFT payments into our banking account held with First National Bank in the name of Websense Internet Soltions T/A Therabreath.

Paypal Payments can be made upon request and will be made to the account of Graham C Johnson with email address graham@weekend.co.za
